Gil Duffy’s reflective writing Ass1

A clean, considered record of my first four weeks in digital cultures and capabilities. This blog brings together reflective writing, key learning moments and personal observations from my study journey in Sydney, Australia.

Hello!

Welcome to my website! I have this website because I am studying to be a primary school teacher, this blog is here to talk about digital cultures and capabilities for my future students and how I can use technology in the classroom in the future. I have accumulated knowledge regarding these topics and these can be found in the tabs above.

Enjoy!

A bit about me.

I am a 20 year old guy, who loves sports, plays football at a decent level and someone who's studying to be a primary school teacher, these reflective blogs will showcase my understandings of certain topics about digital cultures and capabilities for young people today. I currently work at Taronga Zoo, and am excited to continue my studies in teaching and eventually become a primary school teacher.

Week 2 reflection

“Is our technological progress sustainable?”

Learning through reflection

Each entry is an opportunity to pause, examine my experiences and identify how they are influencing my development as a university student in Sydney.
